Complete Service@once Training Request Form
Note: DoD customers must complete the DoD Service@once Training Registration Form available on the DTS-W Web site or contact the DTS-W Customer Care Center at 703-697-2193

Access
In addition to attending training and having a logon ID and password, you will need to establish an access method to Service@once and download/install a client plug-in (installation instructions for the Citrix SecureICA).

Extranet Connection
In order to access Service@once from the Internet, you must have an extranet connection to the Verizon Customer Service Center. (Extranet connectivity is a physical connection, e.g., Frame Relay, SMDS, dedicated point-to-point, etc., to Verizon from your agency's network.)

If your extranet connection is not working, or if you need to have an extranet connection established, please call: Verizon Customer Service Center at 1-800-381-3444.

Dial-In Access
In order to utilize dial-in networking to access Verizon's Network Access Dial-in Server, authorized users must also apply for a SecureID card in addition to training, logon ID, and password.

To obtain access, the dial-in connection would require Point-to-Point Protocol (PPP) with TCP/IP. Once a session is established, you would use your web browser to point to Verizon's Service Center web site (http://198.23.1.200).

Methodology and Support
Please refer to the Service@once and Bill@once Access Methods for more information on access, logon guidelines, client plug-in, and ordering procedures.
