This Web Site has been developed for the WITS2001 Contract to provide information and communication to clients. The content, format and files on this site are constantly updated to reflect additions or changes to Contract offerings and pricing, announce upcoming events, provide guidelines for ordering, and furnish data about Verizon, GSA and other customer points-of-contact.

Home page
The center section announces current events, new products and services, and significant Contract notices. The navigation bar on the left names all of the accessible Web pages. On the right, "Quick Links" provide direct access to frequently requested pages, files, and forms. Highlights include Service@once Access, Pricing Tables, Client's Guide, Forms, Set Comparisons and FAQs. "CSC News Items" alert users to broadcasts from the WITS2001 Customer Service Center (CSC).

Announcements
All announcements, notices and press releases are listed in reverse chronological order and indexed by date and year. For additional announcements - including notices and press releases - please use the archive tool to view year by year. Info by Request (IBR) messages are also listed and archived year by year.

Products & Services
Product Sheets include descriptions, pictures, and specifications for various telephony and data products. Users can also access Comparison Matrices and User's Guides for ISDN, Digital, and Analog sets plus descriptions of Advanced Networking Products. Services Overviews provide summaries of services on the WITS2001 Contract, describe Wireless service plans, outline Training options, and identify Professional Services.

Pricing
Pricing for products and services is available through the Pricing Search and is supported by the Pricing Instructions. The Pricing Search allows queries by service/vendor, keyword, or action codes and returns descriptions, CLINs, action codes, part numbers and prices. Pricing Instructions define elements listed in the Pricing Tables and provide specific procedures for applying WITS2001 prices. For a quick search reference, pricing information is now included in the global site search results which can be accessed throughout the site at the top right.

Client's Guide
The chapters of the Client's Guide provide information and forms for ordering products and services. For each chapter, links are provided to related web pages.

WITS2001 Application Form*
Complete and submit to GSA to become a WITS2001 customer.
WITS2001 Designated Agency Representative Form*
Submit to GSA to nominate a new, additional or replacement DAR or to remove a DAR.
GSA DAR Appointment Form*
Complete and submit to GSA to appoint agency DARs.
WITS2001 Billing Account Code (BAC) Form*
Submit to Verizon to establish a new BAC or update or disconnect existing (BACs). Also identify who is authorized to use BAC.
Service@once Training Request*
Complete and fax to Training Coordinator to register for a Service@once training class.
PRI Survey Form*
Submit to Verizon to request PRI service.
Service Order Request Form
Complete and fax to the CSC to create a service order.
Dedicated Technician Backfill Refusal Form
Complete and submit to Verizon when declining backfill services for a dedicated technician.
Audio and Video Teleconferencing Reservation Forms
Request and reserve audio or video teleconferencing services.
Customer Feedback Form
Submit comments or suggestions about the Client's Guide or Web site.

Customer Care
Customers are encouraged to contact Verizon's WITS2001 Customer Service Center (CSC) "first" to report troubles and request maintenance reports. Quality Assurance Management and Escalation Procedures emphasize Verizon's commitment to customer service. Training/User's Guides
WITS2001 provides a full range of training for all levels of government personnel.
